Didn't notice any weight reduction. But this definately gets rid of aches and pains. Endurance and endurance are wonderful although having 1516Legit things. Gave me enormous starvation for the 1st week of having it. My recovery is from the charts with it. Experienced elbow tendonitis and healed absolutely in two weeks. I attribute it to this.Just f
